When my wife and I were looking for a downtown Chicago condominium, we chose Susan because she was the most responsive from the onset. Susan provided us with daily listings to review, helped us narrow down those that we would visit based on her understanding of our needs and personal knowledge of the neighborhoods, and put together several jam packed days looking at condos. She was always patient, not too pushy and professional. When we found the place we wanted to put an offer on, she prepared a market analysis and made recommendations for offer. Her attention to detail was flawless in addressing the many questions we had along the way, assisting in the inspection, as well as areas to address in the offer. Susan provided us with 2 or more professional mortgage lenders/brokers, competent attorneys, and let us make our decision. She stayed in touch right through the closing to make sure everything was covered. We purchased a great space, in a great location, at an unbelievable price.
